If You Don’t Have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
Lovelies, I apologize in advance for this post but I am going to come right out and say that I read a blog post today with a video of a recent show done by a very good friend of mine. The person on this blog took it upon themselves to not only call out all of the models in the post but then posted a video of the show with nasty little comments for each model.
There is a time and a place for constructive criticism and this was a show for charity. Proceeds receipts were on facebook for the show and the models I am sure did the best that they could. Gowns can be hard to pose sometimes but I think those models did not deserve to be called out and criticized. It probably made them cry and you could have been nice and im’ed each person you did not like in private and went over with them what they did wrong as to seem like you were only trying to help but you chose to be a bully and make a public video of these ladies.
I am shocked and appalled by this. No one in SL ever claimed to be perfect but who are you to judge how others play or spend their SL time? We come here to relax and have fun, not put up with a bully such as yourself. Didn’t your momma ever teach you that if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all? Mine sure did and I hate drama but your behavior shocked me to my very vanilla core.
As for my friends and fellow models, this is just one example of how mean and awful people can be and you need to have a thick skin in order to be a successful model. Keep your heads held up high and just keep moving forward. As Heddy on NCIS said best, Haters gonna hate.
